Experienced Chief Engineer for Commercial Classic Yacht – Palma Based
Chief Engineer position
65m private/charter classic yacht
Starting ASAP in Palma de Mallorca
Commercial background preferred or minimum Y3 license required
Experience with MTU engines (1,310 kW) essential
Strong problem-solving ability and hands‑on engineering approach
Proven ability to maintain a well‑organised, commercially compliant engine room
Yacht operates summer Mediterranean seasons only at present
Extensive yard period expected next year, 2027 in Palma
Mallorca‑based candidates strongly preferred
60 days leave
Single cabin
Contract: Permanent
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: TBC
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, Y3 (ideally)
Itinerary: Palma (Winter) / Balearics, Sardinia, St. Tropez (Summer)
