The Mold Process Chief Engineer is responsible for driving process excellence by leading cost, quality, yield, and productivity improvement initiatives within the Mold process. This role ensures stable and robust manufacturing processes through process capability enhancement, statistical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The engineer also supports new process development, customer issue resolution, process standardization, and continuous improvement programs to achieve and exceed business KPIs. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance cost, quality, yield, productivity, and process robustness within the Mold process.
