Engineering Operations & Service Delivery (R)
- Oversees implementation of preventive, corrective, and comprehensive maintenance programs for all building systems.
- Reviews and approves repair works, system upgrades, consumable requests, and energy conservation initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with technical contracts, SLAs, permits, and regulatory engineering requirements.
