**Description:**
**Position Summary**
The Chief Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost‑effective operation of the Engineering Division in support of all hotel departments. This role oversees maintenance of the building, equipment, systems, and grounds while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, brand standards, and sustainability practices, creating a safe and seamless experience for guests and colleagues.

+ Lead and supervise all Engineering operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, renovations, and life‑safety systems.
