About the Role

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
  • Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
  • Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
  • Cook and complete dishes in timely manner
  • Able to cook Vietnamese cuisine, snacks, spring rolls, etc.
Job Requirements:
  • Friendly and service oriented
  • Able to perform shift; work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
