Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and high-integrity Chief Accountant to lead our financial department. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability of the hospital by overseeing all accounting operations, from PhilHealth claims reconciliation to BIR tax compliance. The ideal candidate understands that behind every peso is a patient’s care, requiring a balance of technical precision and ethical responsibility.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. Prepare comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) for the Board of Directors and Hospital Administrator.
