**Pay:** $24-29/hr based on experience

**We’re looking for a Chemical Operator with hands-on experience who can step in, follow established procedures, and help maintain safe, efficient production. This role is ideal for someone who understands plant operations and takes pride in doing things the right way every time.**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment in a manufacturing environment
+ Measure and record process data (temperature, pressure, flow rates, batch details)
+ Make routine adjustments to keep processes within operating limits
+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality
+ Communicate effectively with teammates across shifts
