About the Role
Responsibilities
- Develops manufacturing processes that minimize waste and increase the quality of finished product
- Monitors and test processes and products found in all phases of production
- Develops and implements safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials
- Designs, plans and implements the layout of manufacturing equipment to optimize production and decrease costs
- Conducting research on new technologies and alternative methods for chemical processes in order to improve efficiency or reduce costs
- Designing and building new chemical manufacturing facilities, including piping and instrumentation diagrams, material flow diagrams, process Flow diagrams, and electrical schematics
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering course, BS Chemical Engineering Graduate, License is an advantage
- With at least two (2) years relevant work experience
