Overview

Chef in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking, have great attention to detail and have a drive for quality and efficiency. We are open to considering foreign candidates who meet the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals according to recipes or menus
• Ensuring all kitchen equipment is in good working order
• Purchasing food supplies as needed
• Monitoring food stock levels and ordering items as needed
• Supervising other kitchen staff such as sous chefs, cooks etc.
• Checking that prepared dishes meet standards for quality and quantity before serving them

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, equipment and processes
