We are seeking a Chinese Cuisine Cook to prepare and cook Chinese dishes, ensure food quality standards, support kitchen operations, and maintain efficient workflow in a dynamic restaurant environment.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to company standards
• Perform food preparation including cutting, marinating and ingredient preparation
• Ensure food quality, taste consistency and presentation standards are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of ingredient requirements
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure proper food handling practices
• Follow food safety procedures and workplace hygiene standards
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
• Manage workload efficiently during peak dining periods
• Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
