We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Ras‑al‑Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of creative dishes and leading the kitchen team.

Responsibility:

• Prepare, cook and present innovative dishes according to the standards set by the restaurant.
• Manage the kitchen staff including delegating tasks and ensuring all members of the team follow health and safety standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, correctly stored and correctly rotated.
• Manage stock levels, anticipate future needs and order supplies accordingly.
• Monitor portion size and presentation of all dishes served.
• Liaise with front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth running of service during busy periods.
