Private freelance vegan chef required for a small hotel and restaurant in the Lake District, Cumbria.

Duties include preparing and cooking the highest quality meals for an exclusive audience.

Mostly evening initially as this is a new venture.

Pay will be way above average and profit sharing will be possible in the future.
