Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events
Maintain catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP requirements, and prioritise waste reduction
Support kitchen operations through inventory management, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Previous restaurant and or function experience required
Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
