The successful applicant will be responsible for:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the café’s menu and standards.
2. Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control are maintained.
3. Always maintaining excellent standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Assisting in menu planning and food preparation processes.
5. Ordering stock and assisting in controlling kitchen costs and minimizing food wastage.
