Daily operations of the Garden Restaurant kitchen providing high quality seated lunches.
Predominately lunch service with evening services as business requires.
5 days out of 7, occasional weekends, flexibility required.
Ambition and support to make this a true destination restaurant. Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with +2 years of experience in a similar role.
Able to provide or obtain a current police check.
Pasta making experience desirable.
Mediterranean/Modern Australian food background desirable.
Comfortable working under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
