The ideal applicant will have the following skills: -
* 2 year's experience in a similar kitchen role.
* Ideally you will have a good knowledge of all areas of kitchen food preparation.
* A high level of pride in your work and a desire to improve..
* Willing to learn from an experienced team.
* Flexible and adaptable to work.
* Strong lines of communication skills with the kitchen team as well as with the management structure.
