Responsibilities

• Support the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen, delivering consistently high‑quality food.
• Handle purchase orders and ensure that unauthorized items are not received.
• Maintain the highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation, staying current with new products, recipes, and techniques.
• Prepare daily food and perform duties assigned by superiors, meeting restaurant standards.
• Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
