Work life balance; our kitchen operates between 6.30am – 7pm for normal meal services (functions and remote site camp catering may be different), and you will generally get every second weekend rostered off, subject to operational requirements and staffing.

About the Role
Ventia's on base our Hospitality & Catering team provide on average 1500 meals per month & at most 5000 meals per month. Our team provides Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Monday – Sunday for the Defence base, as well as special events throughout the year, such as high-end functions and catering in location at our two remote training sites for training exercises, camps, etc.
An environment as such creates for a great opportunity for those looking to make a difference in a Chef De Partie / Commercial Cook position and progress their career within a high-profile Defence Contract.
