About the Role
Note: Required to work overtime during peak seasons (e.g., Lunar New Year)
Job Responsibilities:Specialize in preparing seafood dishes (abalone, shark fin, fish maw)
Handle cooking, cutting, and preparation of ingredients
Help create new menu items
Responsible for washing, slicing ham , packing, and lifting goods
Work in cold storage environments when needed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Follow employer's instructions and be flexible with tasks
Requirements:Male, under 35 years old
Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience
Must communicate in Chinese
Must be able to work independently and efficiently
Must be healthy, hardworking , and have a positive attitude
