What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a CDP in a 5* hotel or upmarket restaurant
• Can work well as part of a team and also on own initiative
• Can work well in a busy kitchen and still produce excellent cuisine
• Can legally work in USA full-time with no restrictions
• Excellent communication and personality
