Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with all warehouse, logistics, safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate inbound, outbound, returns, and exchange operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and liaise with customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders on daily shipment schedules, delivery collections, and operational issues.
- Monitor and conduct visual inspections of inbound and outbound shipments; investigate and report non‑conformances, damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Perform and oversee cycle count administration and stocktaking activities, ensuring inventory accuracy and system integrity.
- Maintain database accuracy through timely system transactions and verification of inventory movements.
