Chartered Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in U.S. accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. GAAP, month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and stakeholder management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalization of Accounts.
• Prepare Financial Statements. Financial Review and Management reporting
• Month/Year end Journal Entries.
• Payroll Compliance and Payroll returns filings (940/941). Sales Tax working and Sales Tax return filing
