Chart Prep VMA

We are hiring an experienced Virtual Medical Assistant with strong chart preparation experience in a U.S. medical practice .

This is NOT a scheduling or general VA role.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked on pre-visit chart preparation and insurance verification .

• 1–2+ years of chart prep experience in a U.S. healthcare setting
• Experience preparing patient charts before appointments
• Insurance verification experience
• Experience checking:
• Referrals
• Prior authorizations
• Eligibility & benefits
• PCP assignment
• Coordination of benefits
• Experience using portals such as:
• Availity
• UHC
• Tricare
• Cigna
• Other payer portals

• Prepare and review patient charts 24–48 hours before appointments
• Verify demographics, insurance, referrals...
