Amazon Worldwide Operations serves as the underlying fulfillment and customer service engine that ensures Amazon delivers a consistent world‑class customer experience every time. We are looking for high‑potential, flexible, innovative, and forward‑thinking professionals to join our MENA Variable Programs team.

The Channel Team Lead (CTL) provides on‑ground support to Ops and Program teams with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. The CTL works with various stakeholders to monitor and drive resolution of operational call‑outs, minimize overall business risk, and maintain the high Amazon quality bar. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications. Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and travel to sites for launch set‑up and operation monitoring is required.
