Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Generally 7–12+ years in channel sales, business development, with several years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical skills, and familiarity with CRM software.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales potential.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team Channel Specialist to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze channel KPIs, manage sales funnels, and prepare accurate revenue forecasts.
