Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the people and adoption side of a large-scale digital transformation program. The role ensures that new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully embedded across the organization, maximizing adoption, minimizing resistance, and enabling successful rollout across multiple transformation streams.
The Change Manager will operate across several parallel workstreams and business areas, working closely with business, IT, and leadership teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and effective implementation.
