Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major transformation program focused on the implementation of a new Transport Management System (TMS) .

This is an initial 6-month contract commencing a couple of days per week, with the expectation it will ramp up to full-time as the program progresses through key delivery phases.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end change across a complex operational environment, working across a broad stakeholder group including blue-collar and white-collar workforces , leadership, and project teams. This role requires someone who can build credibility quickly, operate hands‑on, and deliver practical change outcomes in a fast‑paced transformation setting.
