About the Role
We are seeking a Change Management Advisor to support organizational change initiatives, working independently or in collaboration with other change professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who can apply established change management frameworks to large-scale initiatives and guide stakeholders through successful adoption.
Required Experience
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as:
- Business Administration
- Social Sciences
- Human Resources Management
- Organizational Development
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational change management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale projects involving significant change
