They're looking for a Change Lead who operates at the frontier — someone who doesn't just manage the human side of transformation, but actively uses cutting‑edge technology to make change land faster, smarter, and more durably.
This is a principal‑level permanent role for someone who has genuinely moved beyond best practice into next practice. You'll be embedded in complex client environments, leading the change element of next‑generation digital transformation programmes — and using AI and emerging tech as real tools in your change toolkit, not buzzwords on a slide.
