Change Enablement Analyst

MBNL is looking for a Change Enablement Specialist to keep our shared mobile network running safely, smoothly, and without disruption. You’ll sit at the centre of our Operational Services team, making sure every network change is controlled, low‑risk, and delivers real value for EE/BT and Three.

Responsibilities of the Change Enablement Analyst include:

• Coordinate and govern network change activity
• Monitor availability, outages, and permits
• Analyse trends to improve supplier and operational performance
• Support change boards and governance forums
• Assess risk and impact for all planned activities
• Ensure compliance with site access, permits, and handover processes

The successful Change Enablement Analyst will have:
