About the Role
We are seeking a Change Analyst for a client in government to support business transformation initiative by coordinating change management, stakeholder communication, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for an S/4HANA project. You will work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business change activities, including communication plans, stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, training plans, and business readiness assessments.
- Support the development and execution of change responses, training, and readiness activities for new processes, systems, and solutions.
