Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, planning, and the annual budgeting process

Oversee financial reporting, statements, and audit coordination

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO, leadership team, and Board

Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives

Contribute to asset and liability management and monitor market conditions

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements

Qualifications

CPA designation preferred with a degree in business, finance, or related field

5–7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

Strong financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning skills

Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions is an asset
