**TITLE:** Certified Nursing Assistant
**DEPARTMENT:** Med/Surg Department
**POSITION STATUS/HOURS:** Part-time Nights position .6 FTE (48 hours/pay period).
Shifts are 5:45 p.m. - 6:15 a.m.
Every third weekend and every third holiday night shift rotation.
Willingness to work OB and/or ER as necessary.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) functions within the department of nursing as a multi-skilled practitioner functioning in the dual role of patient care and clerk functions at the nurses’ station. Within the patient care role, the practitioner assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care for the patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supe...
