Job Description

Scope & Responsibilities

• Scope: Programs and Projects within AHE Airworthiness & Configuration Department.
• Classification of changes to the type certificate and repairs.
• Preparation of Certification & Qualification Plans for new variants or product changes.
• Identification of Applicable Requirements.
• Propose Means of Compliance and Compliance Evidences.
• Leading negotiations with Airworthiness Authorities and Qualification Agencies to demonstrate compliance with the applicable requirements while preserving company interests.
• Approval of minor changes / repairs when applicable.
• Leading Approval Flight Conditions / Permit to Fly processes including military ones (i.e. CAE process).
• Validation / approval of changes to Flight Manuals, ICAs and OSDs.
• Coordination of those activities that, being under his/her scope, have been subcontracted.
