Locations:

  • Alorica Eton-Centris: Three Cyberpod Centris, Edsa cor Quezon Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City (Along Edsa MRT Quezon Ave Station)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Resolve concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide technical support when needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Upon Hire:

  • Earn up to ₱20,000 - ₱27,000 salary package
