About the Role
Description
In this role you will be responsible for the ordering, management, and distribution of procedural supplies throughout the distribution of medical supplies throughout the Medical Center and/or Ambulatory clinics ensuring the clinical staff have all the supplies they need for patient care.
Duties include:
* Work closely with the clinical staff to adjust targeted inventory levels based on current usage to best align with upcoming procedures.
* Distribution of supplies and equipment as assigned within all facilities at UCLA Health System.
* Deliveries may include driving university vehicles to transport supplies and equipment to UCLA community clinics (subject to DMV Pull).
* Update supply formulary and targeted par levels within supply management software.
* Place supply replenishment orders using a handheld device or supply management software.
* Maintain and update ordering bar codes on supply bin locati...
