Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Central Kitchen Manager to lead and oversee all central kitchen operations within a fast‑paced food production environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, food quality, production efficiency, compliance, and profitability while managing cross‑functional teams across production, warehouse, logistics, quality assurance, research & development, and maintenance. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality and safe food products.
