Establish and monitor in-process inspection points and implement statistical process control for critical parameters. Ensure all units pass final inspection before packaging and shipping. Lead customer complaint investigations and implement permanent corrective actions. Lead quality improvement projects using lean tools, drive reduction of COPQ, scrap, rework, and first pass yield improvements. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with product safety standards.
