About the Role
**CDL Garbage Truck Driver – Leesville, LA**
**Starting Pay:** $21/hour
**Pay Schedule:** Every Friday – no waiting around.
**Overtime:** Anything over 40 hours a week gets you time-and-a-half, that’s $31/hour.
Waste Connections is hiring CDL Drivers at our Leesville hauling site. In this role, you’ll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and/or residential routes. We’re looking for someone who puts safety first and takes pride in doing the job right.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes
+ Collect waste or recycling from local businesses or homes
+ Work in all weather conditions
+ Deliver dependable service with a safety-first mindset
**Schedule & Pay:**
+ Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
+ Start time: 4:45 a.m., 10–11 hour days, 50–55 hours a week
+ $21/hour starting pay, weekly pay
