We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With *hands-on training* from a certified mentor and *competitive solo pay*, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
*What We Offer:*

*Hands-On Training Program:* 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
*
*Paid Orientation & Training*
*
*Weekly Solo Pay:* $1,200–$1,500 on average
*
*Home Time:* Daily - Weekly & Every 2 weeks Based on Location.
*
*Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support*
*Minimum Requirements:*
*
Valid *Class A CDL*
*
Must have completed a *120-hour CDL school*
*
Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
*
No recent major moving violations
