CCNP Network Engineer

This is a senior-level IT Network Engineer role focused on high-pressure incident management, troubleshooting, and vendor management within a Financial Services Industry (FSI) environment. It requires strong knowledge of enterprise networks (Firewall/Router/Proxy), ITIL/ITSM processes, and compliance, often involving shift work.

• Incident Management: Manage L1/L2 network escalations, security incidents, and critical network outages to minimize business impact.
• Troubleshooting: Identify root causes for complex network problems by working with infrastructure teams and vendors.
• Compliance & Audit: Adhere to banking policies, document audit workpapers/findings, and manage compliance/due diligence.
• Operational Support: Handle change management, vendor assessments, and knowledge management systems.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Enterprise Networks (Firewalls, Routers, Proxies, ...
