About the Role
- Analysis, development, and maintenance of bonus schemes for the commercial team (including regular quarterly calculations);
- Analysis of employee remuneration (including CR and paymix analysis);
- Creation and maintenance of salary bands and salary ranges (preparation of market data upon request from main peer HRBPs/business);
- Administration of bonus payments (ensuring a clear and transparent handling process on a monthly basis);
- Working with Plan-Fact (Variance Analysis of Current Bonuses vs. Budgeted Amounts);
- Quarterly calculation of accruals (consolidation, verification, and transfer to the finance team).
Requirements
- Work experience in C&B of at least 3 years, including the development and administration of motivation systems;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
