About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Operate cash registers, POS machines, and credit card terminals for fuel, oil, and convenience items.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, change giving, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
• Greet customers, assist with queries, and resolve complaints politely.
• Monitor the premises for security risks, adhere to company policies, and maintain safety protocols.
• Monitor and restock store inventory, and maintain a clean, organized work area (including restrooms, if required).
• Ability to cover for pump attendants, which includes filling vehicles, cleaning windshields, and checking oil.
Qualifications
• At least a High School graduate or vocational course holder.
• With at least 6 months of experience as cashier
• Good communication skills (Tagalog and basic English), basic mathematics, and proficiency in POS systems.
