Cash Receiving Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Receiving Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing and recording incoming cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Receive and record all incoming payments, including cash, wire transfers, and credit card payments.



Reconcile cash receipts and ensure discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.



Prepare daily cash receipt reports for management review.



Register cash transactions to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
