Case Worker - Connected Families - (Ipswich)

About the Role

Mercy Community are currently looking for passionate Case Worker to join our Connected Families Team Fixed Term Full-Time for 6 months (SCHADS L4) 

This role is responsible for quality service delivery to children, young people, families and the community within the Connected Families Service. This role will provide support and case management for families engaged in the service with a view to supporting highly vulnerable families.
