This process, known as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), is used when a company is solvent and able to pay its debts. We have supported the successful closure of thousands of these companies, working both on individual cases and as part of larger projects to simplify corporate structures, often alongside tax, legal and accounting experts.
