Caretaker

We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join our PPP CNU contract in Ardee, on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be subject to Garda Vetting whilst flexibility will be required for working shifts to cover Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm, including weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Facilities Site Lead in promoting a culture of excellent customer service and establish excellent working relationships with the client
• Assist the Facilities Site Lead in reviewing existing services, specifications, processes, productivity levels and quality control to secure and increase the efficient use of resources
• Adhere to client requests in a timely manner with strong customer focus via the maintenance management system
• Manage Subcontractors on site and adhere to company contractor management guidelines to include but not limited to the SWP (Safe Work Plan)
