Care Assistant

Position Overview

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant in Luton.

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Shifts: Day shifts 8 am - 9 pm, 2 shifts per week, plus every other Saturday and Sunday

Driver Required: A driver is required for this role. Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care.
• Manage bowel and bladder (experience in bowel care essential).
• Support physiotherapy.
• Drive the client to appointments.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Perform light domestic tasks.
• Regular equipment safety checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with PEG feeding, bowel management, and moving and handling is essential.
• Compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
