Job Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by performing body filling, sanding, masking, and priming in accordance with paint manufacturer repair standards.
Apply paint using appropriate techniques and equipment to achieve a high-quality, factory-standard finish.
Restore vehicle finishes through machine compounding, polishing, and buffing to ensure a smooth and professional appearance.
Operate painting tools and equipment, including spray guns, paint booths, sanding equipment, infrared heaters, polishing machines, respirators, and breathing masks.
Mix and match paint colors accurately to meet manufacturer specifications.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures when handling paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
