We are seeking an experienced Capital Programs / Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal capital improvement programs (CIP). This role will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
